Slam Jam offers a straightforward return process for all customers within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases may be subject to specific return restrictions.
Request a Return
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to initiate a return request and receive your Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid rejection.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our courier partner to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop your package at an authorized service point or schedule a pickup through the courier's website using your tracking number.
